We offer a variety of payment options to meet the needs of our co-op members. Along with registration and enrollment fees, current families can pay tuition and view full billing records via our Jovial Family Portal. Jovial charges a $2 processing fee for electronic payments.
Automatic Bill Pay
You can set up automatic bill pay through your bank. Your bank will send a check to ACP every month. Please make sure all checks are mailed to Ashland Community Preschool, PO Box 430, Ashland, VA 23005. Your bank may also offer electronic transfer of funds using a “Send Money” feature. Funds can be sent to treasurer@ashlandcommunitypreschool.com. Any fees are the responsibility of the payer.
Personal Checks
Checks can be deposited in the locked Treasurer’s Box in the Art Room after pickup on school days, or they can be mailed to Ashland Community Preschool, PO Box 430, Ashland, VA 23005.
PayPal
Electronic payments can be made via PayPal. Tuition payments must be made as Goods & Services. The payer is responsible for paying the PayPal fees (at nonprofit rate of 2.2% + $0.30). Tuition rates including fees for PayPal are:

** Please do not submit any Friends & Family payments unless authorized by the Treasurer in advance. These payments are generally only allowed for non-business transactions.
Cash
Cash payments must be made to a board member – preferably the Treasurer or President – and a receipt must be provided upon payment.
